Red Mezze was born out of a passion for food, for eating with my family around a
large table in the midday sun. I used to love it when I was a boy in Turkey spending
Sunday afternoons with my family, lunch used to last for hours then eventually turn
into a party by sundown.
This is the kind of relaxed atmosphere you’ll find at Red Mezze, a social place
for people to while away their afternoon and evenings eating delicious great value
Turkish food. That’s the aim hopefully I have achieved it, but I guess you’ll have
to come down and experience it for yourself.
Mezze are a brilliant introduction to Turkish food. Great for sharing with friends
and family, kids are always welcome. Mezze are a fantastic way to get them eating
more vegetables (many of our Mezze are vegetarian) and I’m sure they will enjoy
eating them with their fingers too!
You will always receive a friendly welcome at Red Mezze, and we love having large
groups, celebrating or otherwise.
Red Mezze is a place for a quick bite before the football or cinema, a place to
relax in between shopping or a place for a long leisurely meal, whatever you have
